Carnation Assembly

Our first assembly this year was our traditional "Carnation Assembly".  This is where our fifth graders welcome kindergarten students to Chamberlin with a carnation.  This year's assembly started with some fifth graders helping remind all of us of the "Three Be's", Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe.  Then each fifth grader welcomed a kindergarten student to Chamberlin School and gave them a flower.  Another tradition at the end of the year will be when those kindergarten students give each 5th grader a carnation at the end of the year when the fifth graders have their last assembly here at school.

Emma, Sawyer, and Griffin helped out at this assembly.

Some kids got to give a flower to a sibling!
